The initial conversation with the recruiter focused primarily on past experiences and personal motivation. The interview with the hiring manager, Jasper, followed a similar structure, with some added emphasis on product knowledge. Jasper came across as very knowledgeable and transparent in his feedback, which I appreciated. I’d recommend taking time to familiarize yourself with the company and its products, and just being authentic during the conversation with him.
