      Thanks for speaking high about our work environment and workplace. We always strive to make our workplace a “Great Place to Work” and believe in providing our team members enough time to take care of their personal commitments and family. Work-life balance is always at the top of the chart. We keep revising our policies in order to serve our employees the best in terms of leaves, claims, etc. We always gather information from the market to understand the salary increment in IT Industry and keep our increases equal or more than the market. Salary increments for an individual also depend upon the performance, skillset, potential etc. Being on the bench at times is part of jobs in IT sector but we believe in retraining and upskilling our team members in order to widen their scope of work which allows them to explore newer technologies and projects.
