      - Good Work/Life balance - Flexibility - Ability to work from home - Managers that listens to you and seem interested in your growth - Community of Practice, meeting people who have the same passion as you is awesome

      - No big concerns, all in all a good place to work.

      - Good salary compared to other companies - Friendly work environment - Easy to get to the workplace - Easy to work form home

      Cons

      - Very confusing hierarchy - Everything moves so slow - Way too careful not to create precedents with employees (personal benefits such as ergonomic keyboards or monitor stands are out of question)
