      Pros

      - Flexi Working Hours - A company with Vision - HR is friendly and is always concerned about employees - One of best paymaster in the region - Not a "lala waali" company at all... Its Young! - Celebrations and fun activities throughout year - Free lunch & dinner throughout day snacks

      Cons

      - No organic growth (Appraisal is by performance and not years of experience). Its a pros for me but many might take it up as cons - Some Admin policies might irritate you (like taking permission of manager for Business Cards) - Festive leaves aren't many - You need to be always in motion of showcasing your capabilities

      Pros

      Very nice people, highly skilled, salaries are decent. In terms of management I felt the management close to me all the time when I wanted to solve a problem. Sometimes it might take more for things to happen but they always happen.

      nothing really. 3pillarglobal is a cool company to work for

      Pros

      There is a high level seniority on employees. Good environment to use your technical knowledge and to be appreciated for it. A lot of projects using different modern technologies. Competitive atmosphere.

      Cons

      There is a strong emphasis on products not so much on people. Low social cohesion is causing communication problems between teams.
