All in all no matter if you are stepping into the professional world or a seasoned one, there is room for growth for everyone.

I wouldn’t say there are any major cons as we have strong feedbacks system and its effective implementation.

Open collaboration, great values seen almost with everyone in the team, I found my boss and peers had been what one would want as a team, good benefits, good compensation
