Pros

Healthy and learning environment. Employee friendly. They do care about employees and given them choice to choose the technology one wishes to work on. They also provide library services where books are delivered and picked up from reception. Techtalks really help as whenever any team works on something innovative or challenging technology, they share it with rest of company so that everyone can learn and benefit. They pay handsomely and more than market average.

Cons

It's a service based company so they don't have any products of their own. so the tech to work on depends on what kind of clients they are working for and this may sometimes result in projects as short as 6 months.

Pros

Until about 3 years ago it was actually a good place to work, you could get easily lucky enough to be on a project with a team driven by the right motivation.

Cons

Then the firm bought other firms and quickly moved into increase profit, please the client no matter what, mount managers on working the team members as machines, promoting them as this would bill the client more, but get something out of the employee as well because of this. What do I mean? Establish a plan with big targets, and push the person to jump on solving tasks that nobody understand or they run from, motivating that otherwise he/she will fail on his/hers plan and this doesn't come without consequences. The result? people lose their direction, and end up forgetting what being a team player means and focus entirely on keeping appearances (that they know the drill, they can solve the problem/world). Too bad, another corporation replacing people with money. Good for you, 3 Pillar! Oh, and lets not forget about the fact that only employees from leading roles up get contributions to an optional extra pension pylon in Romania, and I think that this says it all.
