      Pros

      I've been working for less than one year at 3PG (3 Pillar Global). I enter to "Tiempo development" who was acquired by 3PG in 2021 first quarter. Until now the company looks fine. Salary is competitive in Mexico. Good bonus. Nice perks, for example the holidays that are in weekends are moved to the next working day

      Cons

      Vacations/PTO are reset after one year. for example if you first day was in January 2, you have until January 2 of next year to use your PTOs, you can accumulate them.

      Transparency does not exist In 2 years your salary will go up with 200 lei maybe, or maybe not at all. Does not depend on how much work you do => performance is not taken in consideration You cannot give negative feedback Hr/management lie to you in order to make you hear what they want
