Thank you for writing to us and sharing your experience and endorsing our people and the work environment. On the Fewer Projects and On site Opportunities would like to apprise you about the new logos that we have added during this Global pandemic as well, the details of which can be found in our website. We have several examples of people travelling outside for work so onsite opportunity totally depends on the type of the work and the client. If you feel like connecting with us, please write to us at alankrita.shree@3pillarglobal.com

We would like to thank you for taking out time to write your thoughts and experience about the organisation here. We strive at making 3Pillar a Great Place to Work and believe in a flexible working environment. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openness, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in growth of every individual and developing a high performing team. We are absolutely against favoritism. We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with the market in compensation, benefits and best practices. There is a set procedure for drawing the increment percentage which is not at all driven by favoritism. Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset and potential of the employee. Would like to also apprise that our Management team is continuously working towards the growth of our People and the organization, we have added many new logos this year for more details you can visit our website. Please feel free to know more about the insights by writing to us at alankrita.shree@3pillarglobal.com.

Pros

Work from home. Better job if you are in HR, no need to do anything.

Cons

Mgmt lacking in project execution. Too much bookish. Short projects. It is the time for TPG to introspect the processes/leadership which is required for them to succeed. It has an abundance of processes/people at a senior level which are just an overhead than value for the business. I worked for them for a few years and surprised to see that these people are doing nothing except drawing huge paycheques. They know how to make fool of everyone by spreading the false positiveness around the stupid initiatives. Hundreds of platforms are existing today to learn and share but they have confined people in shallow initiatives. The idea is to safe their jobs than doing something meaningful. This is the organization which is overcrowded with such people. For a better future and strong footprints in the industry, they need to develop real craftsmanship than ineffectual leadership. One of my friends got an offer from them and asked me to share my experiences. So, if you are technical and want to do something significant than just being a scrum master (most of the managers are doing that only) then avoid TPG.

Thank you for taking out time to write about your views here. Would like to apprise that we have the best management team here and one of our Directors has even won the title of Top 100 Great People Managers Award. We don’t believe in micro management. We have been awarded the certification of “Great Place to Work” 3 times in a row and have been placed in top 75 companies in terms of work culture. Our managers set their team members free in terms of working style. Our organisation always stands out positively in terms of environment, culture, people management, employee well being and trust. We are happy to be called the employer of choice. Thanks again for writing to us. Please feel free to write at isha.gaur@3pillarglobal.com in case of any more queries.
