We are an organisation that believes in maintaining good work life balance. We always keep ourselves upgraded with the market pay scales and keep having market studies of pay scale in order to maintain market standards.       No respect for employees...the only thing that's important is profit and revenue.

      - work from home - good office location - some good projects (if you are lucky)

      Cons

      - the whole promotion / salary rise depends on your manager and how much the client wants to pay for you, your skills and devotion mean almost nothing. - it is really based on luck, if you get a good project and good manager it will be fine, otherwise you work won't be valued. - employees are very easily disposable
