      Everything is great here. Benefits, Food and refreshment, Time flexibility, Work from home, Tech nuggets (knowledge sharing sessions)

      Cons

      Appraisal cycle:- The only time you will get good appraisal hike is when you switched to this company. After that don't expect much in terms of appraisal and moreover they happen yearly every January.
