      Good culture Friendly people Emphasis on employee's work life balance and work satisfaction Perks and benefits apart from salary are above the market and you will enjoy every activity, celebration here Office is too good and during WFH they truly trust employees No micro-management or any kind of hours/activity tracking

      Cons

      Some of the people are not that technical and sitting at higher positions You would not be satisfied with salary if you are a technical person I joined there as a fresher, salary was little higher than Infosys, TCS and the bar is little increased now but not that satisfactory

We also acknowledge the feedback on offering competitive package to team members and you will be pleased to know that we conduct salary band normalisation exercise at defined frequency and also need-based to keep our salary bands aligned with market standards. Additionally, all team members are encouraged to discuss their concerns and expectations with managers and Talent Business Partner for staying upto date with the ongoing or planned compensation and career progression related exercises.
