      Pros

      - Management in Romania is close to employees and takes pulse on how you are and what you need - Nice projects, good interaction with client team (most clients are in US, but good time-zone overlap) - Benefits above average - You get extra days off if holidays fall on weekend

      - Salary is good, but not top pay -> but is ok if you value work/life balance
