5yWe thank you for positive feedback. Because of the trust shown by our team members, we have been able to be GPTW certified 4th time in a row. To live our value of continuous improvement and intent to provide maximum flexibility to our team members, we have come up with work from anywhere policy as per which our team members need not work from one city only where the office is based or their hiring location, but can work from any city as per their choice and personal commitments. We equally believe in team members staying connected with each other for a positive working environment and sense of belongingness with the team even with WFH; hence encourage our team members to use organisation's chat forum or virtual meetings to close action items and not rely extensively on only exchanging mails. However if you feel overloaded due to meetings, you are highly encouraged to discuss with your reporting manager ans share suggestions for positive changes
