      Pros

      They found me a good contract job with a good company. I really enjoyed my contract position, and the people I had the opportunity to work with.

      Cons

      My contract was extended several times but no one from 3Pillar called me to discuss, the manager at the business I was contracting for would ask if I wanted to continue. Any communication with 3Pillar after the start date was initiated by me.

      Salary is a bit over the average of the market, The Office is one of the best location in Cluj-Napoca, The colleagues are nice, The management is friendly
