      Pros

      Flexi timings is given in the co WFH is also a good option. Canteen is good HR guys are good. Admin guys are good

      Cons

      1. Company says that they have open door policy but in 3 years i didnt see this. 2. Senior Employees are pulling each other legs. 3. While my tenure with TPG heard a lot of time from manager, Yahan ka gunda main hu and either my way or high way. 4. Managers treat employees as a labor. 5.While annual party a big portion of amount is given to manager ( gifts given in terms of LED or other electronic) and for the team member only pressure cookers are left

      Pros

      Nice and comfortable environment, central location, close to public transportation, very good coffee, some snacks and treats two times per week, sport activities reimbursement, nice people, social events kept by the employer.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, long work hours because the company has mostly US customers with big difference of the Time Zone and you must work sometimes after 6 PM. The company offers some flexibile work schedule, like 8-17 or 10- to 19. But the one that can really be realized is 10-19. The company covers the payment for car parking, but only 50 ron/month. At this price you can only find a car parking located at 10 minute walking.
