      Pros

      • Healthy atmosphere in the office, • Top notch management & flexible process, • HR is very caring, • Support for attending tech events around the world, • Clear(ish) career path, • Good pay, • Strong culture and healthy business principles, • Industrial coffee machine, • Constant support for local meetups, • Organises tech conferences in the city bianually, • Internal trainings on soft skills and tech topics, • Possibility to travel between Timisoara and Cluj offices (depending on the project).

      Cons

      • WFH days need to be approved by manager, • Approving trips to the US is quite tedious, • Quite a varying experience depending on the project you're on, • Office space too crammed.

      great team overall. reliable team you have from who to learn helpfull collegues.

      politics review compensation there are some boring projects Global HR use to have some stupid ideas about bounding 300 ppl. . Work is enough for bonding
