      Pros

      Executives are accessible, managers are reasonable, coworkers are pleasant and competent, work is (usually) interesting, the office environment is relaxed.

      Cons

      Sometimes isolated from coworkers due to the consulting nature of the work. The Fairfax office is a bit generic and corporate, albeit nice enough.

      Big name of a multinational company but the company culture is falling every day after the takeover of BrickRed by 3 Pliiar Global Inc.

      Cons

      It is not safe a work place for women employees No provision of cab even in the mid-night No Training, Hiring without future plans Hiring & Firing is the daily order

      Great people. Opportunity to get your hands into a lot of new things and to learn a lot.

      Cons

      CEO's personal values seep too far into to organization and I found it inappropriate and uncomfortable.
