Business Outlook
Pros
Opportunities to work with some cool technologies and interesting clients. Three Pillar does Agile right, for the most part. Reasonably good infrastructure, at least in the US. Excellent benefits with great medical and a 401(k) match.
Cons
Limited opportunities for advancement to executive levels in the organization, especially if you do not share a bond of faith or family with the CEO. The quality of staff on the distributed teams varies, and has gotten spottier as the organization has grown. The best people tend to move on when they are offered better opportunities.
