      1. Good learning opportunities 2. Client Interactions 3. Complete WFH 4. Work life balance , no one ask to work too late or to work on weekends 5. Office parties , sometimes in resorts 6. Gifts on occasions but from some times gifts has been stopped .

      treat their employees like a resource only. the company has continued to make excuses for decisions that impact its employees. Witholding bonuses, followed by witholding raises, and pulling back health and wellness benefits all in a 2 month span is raising plenty of red flags on the companies situation.
