      Pros

      Very hands-on, accountable experience while working there. Much learning occurs (some while trying to make up for lack of Enterprise tools).

      Cons

      Lack of Enterprise systems and processes makes it difficult to navigate the job. One relies much on the quality of the Director one is under.

      Pros

      Great remote work, Nice work life balance, you don't have someone breathing behind your ear or spamming you online. They really let you work and are comfortable with the engineer dealing with its work. PMs are also really easy to talk to because most (if not all) have a technical background and they are really helpful. Also the pay is good if (at least if you are from latin america)

      Cons

      Since it is a IT consultancy enterprise, some of the processes are slow between 3Pillar Global and the client you are working with, but that's to be expected so not really that much of a con.
