      Work from home is permanent now

      Cons

      Nowadays you will only hear about massive layoffs. Salaries will not be increased in the near future. Company no longer cares about employees, only financial goals. Current employees are looking for other opportunities as we speak.

      Remote working option is the only positive thing.

      Lately this company has become a hire and fire organization. 3 rounds of layoff in 2024. Hiring top sales talent and firing them within a few months. Here's how they did it- CEO hires a new CRO->CRO builds and hire his own sales team-> Sales team doesnt meet their target-> CRO, sales team, sales operations gets fired. CEO again hire a new CRO. They are struggling to make new sales. No proper sales vision, wrong hiring plans, struggling to sustain and to top it leadership is confused.
