Pros

There are many good, talented people who work hard, good colleagues, but who are not appreciated as they deserve.

Cons

The company has undergone many changes: top managers , new position names, general reorganization. There would be nothing wrong with that if management was clear and employees had not been so relegated. Last year we went into kind of "fiscal prudence", Many benefits were suspended or eliminated altogether. There were no raises and no celebrations: no Father's Day, no Mother's Day, no year-end parties... The depreciation of the dollar severely affected Constarricans who earn in dollars and the company was asked if there was any plan to mitigate it, only evasive answers were given. At the end of last year it was announced that at the beginning of this year there would finally be a raise, but in all honesty it was paltry and insulting. This company was a good place to work but for a short time and no longer is.

Pros

3Pillar is a place that had amazing culture until 2022 when the leadership changed. That culture lingers on, managers try as much as they can to take good care of their people, the employees are of pretty good so it's still a healthy environment.

Cons

The market for outsourcing is not doing great and there aren't so many new projects. Communication from higher leadership is not great.
