      Pros

      monitary terms are good , nice package

      Cons

      Lack of management, senior leads having childish behaviour. Either you have to say yes when they say yes otherwise.......... No one listens to you.. even lead dominates manager and HR because that person is favourite to client. No tranparency, One man Army

      Pros

      - Flexi Working Hours - A company with Vision - HR is friendly and is always concerned about employees - One of best paymaster in the region - Not a "lala waali" company at all... Its Young! - Celebrations and fun activities throughout year - Free lunch & dinner throughout day snacks

      Cons

      - No organic growth (Appraisal is by performance and not years of experience). Its a pros for me but many might take it up as cons - Some Admin policies might irritate you (like taking permission of manager for Business Cards) - Festive leaves aren't many - You need to be always in motion of showcasing your capabilities

      Pros

      There is a high level seniority on employees. Good environment to use your technical knowledge and to be appreciated for it. A lot of projects using different modern technologies. Competitive atmosphere.

      Cons

      There is a strong emphasis on products not so much on people. Low social cohesion is causing communication problems between teams.
