The leadership was absolutely atrocious

Honest Review I chose to resign from this company after witnessing extremely unprofessional behaviour and a toxic work environment. Team members were fired openly in front of others, and there was constant pressure to complete work that would normally take weeks within a single day. Senior leadership, including the VP, often resorted to public humiliation and threats of termination, which created a climate of fear rather than productivity. Around 80% of the colleagues who joined with me eventually resigned due to the same environment. In my decade-long career, I have never experienced such a culture—there was no respect for personal boundaries or work-life balance. Everyone has their own experience, but based on mine, I would strongly advise potential candidates to think carefully before joining. The environment felt more like a trap than a place for growth.
