The project I work on is challenging and I learn new things. I get help whenever I ask for it.

Cons

The company is not investing so much in employees as it did one or two years ago and this is a negative direction to follow.

Nice people Flexible benefits Company organises small things for employees 2 times a month

Cons

Only few nice projects, if in luck this can be a great experience but otherwise, there are not that many interesting projects. There are some great technical people, but at the same time there are many who lack the technical skills they are supposed to have for their role.
