Thanks for finding out time to write about the organization’s work culture and endorsing the clients. We always try to keep our team members motivated by involving them in both works and play. It feels good to know that you noticed the same and appreciates it. Also to add, being on the bench at times is part of jobs in IT sector but we believe in retraining and upskilling our team members in order to widen their scope of work which allows them to explore newer technologies and projects while on the bench. As most of our clients are US based, there are occasions when our team members have to work in the evening. As an organization, we value work-life balance so that our team members can take care of their responsibilities towards family and get time to work on their personal goals. While taking a new project, we see many aspects like technology, the impact of the product on business and the tenure of the project. In the recent past, most of the projects are of satisfactory durations and extensions and revisions to project terms are always a part of the process. We always gather information from the market to understand the salary increment in IT Industry and keep our increases equal or more than the market. Salary increments for an individual also depend upon the performance, skillset, potential, etc. We believe in job rotation and always try to give options to our team members in case they are willing to change projects.
