      Pros

      Great communication with everyone, people were nice and really care about creating a good work environment. Great Salary

      Cons

      They have more people that projects. I was there waiting for project for almost 5 months, and i wasn't a thing about my coding skills or my tech stack, cause it wasn't just me, they hired a bunch of developers from different stacks and none of us got a project, after 5 months, some were there even before me. So, summarized, they tend to do a lot of active hiring and not have enough projects for all.

      Depends on the team you land but most people are ok to work with

      Cons

      Management is going to be definitely your main block on your career, they don't seem to care at all about you and after years they still haven't managed to have an stable description of the roles in the company.
