The career path has changed in the last year and it created a lot of sublevels that seem an eternity to grow cause each step needs a minimum of 6 months to start the process

The people I interacted with were nice people.

Cons

I was offered a position as a developer by the company. Everything seemed fine so I accepted their offer and was going to become an employee of the company... But, a few days before I was supposed to start, after I had done all the necessary paperwork, I was told that the position I was recruited for was no longer available, and as such, they had to stop the entire hiring process, just a few days before starting.
