Good project opportunities (office dependant).Job security is fair as the company size can offset costs quite easily

Cons

Disconnect between all levels. Trust is lacking and lack of leadership is evident. Numerous initiatives created that lead to nothing. Company prioritises profit over everything. Job satisfaction UK wide would appear to be fair to low. Core values are just noise and mean absolutely nothing.

Great company, good sense of camaraderie in the office. Training opportunities good and work was very interesting. Would recommend any graduates to apply! Salary competitive.

Cons

Not very many cons. Occasionally hard to take the lead and ownership of the projects like you can in a smaller company.
