      Pros

      AECOM is a great place to work with some outstanding talent in the team. It has provide me with opportunities to do all sorts of interesting work in different fields over the years

      Cons

      Like any company there are limitations but AECOM does a good job at letting people who want to succeed get on and do it.

      Pros

      Very smart, dedicated global team. Leadership is committed to making the new AECOM the best place to work, and the best in the business. I'm new to the team, and the outpouring of "welcomes" has been terrific. The company has a "go big or go home" mindset -- which is incredibly exciting. Everyone brings their A-game to the effort.

      Cons

      Lots of systems, processes and procedures that have yet to be completely knit together post acquisition. It's clear that's a top priority for management.
