      Reactionary management: Style of hiring and firing in reaction to quarterly numbers Decisions made by nameless people three tiers or more up from supervisors who actually know what you are worth Low pay; very small raises; sometimes no bonuses "Billing hours" creates stressful culture when work is less than typical Managers don't seem to know what they are doing: trained scientists, not managers

      Great benefits package, flexible work schedule, exposure to large scale projects and diverse in house expertise.

      Cons

      IT is behind the industry standards but catching up (due to combining each of the legacy companies to One AECOM a few years back). Large company allows for some professionals to slip through the cracks.
