      Pros

      It's a job with a paycheck. Benefits are comparable with similar companies.

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees. Whether you are a seasoned professional with an advanced degree or fresh off the street with a couple of certifications you are just a warm body keeping a seat filled. Salaries are below averages, raises are minimal, advancement is almost nonexistent. There are a few good middle managers here and there, but overall you are treated like cattle.

      Pros

      Decent benefits but not as good as many other companies. Training opportunities are pretty good- if you can get on the right contract you will probably be happy. I think it all depends on who your manager is and mine was very controlling.

      Cons

      Poor management- company large so management loses connection with actual workers- mostly you are a number and they concentrate on money instead of personal growth and diversity (of all kinds).
