Dead end job

Pros

Work from home as of late is pretty nice. Their 401k plan and vacation times are fairly generous.

Cons

Unrealistic production expectations. You will eventually get fired for not meeting them. 12+ hour shifts, every weekday. This job will take away all your waking hours. Micromanaging bosses breathing down your neck to everything you do and not do. Co-workers gets upset and brings in the managers at every little thing when you call them out on their BS.

Pros

The pay is decent and there good benefits as far as pto and insurance. Some of the management is excellent. The job is really not hard but it is repetitive

Cons

Some of the managers are great but others not as much. They say there is a chance of advancement but if you are good at your job you are stuck in it they will just keep giving you more work to do. The raises and "bonuses" are a joke.
