      Competitive Benefit Packages and Great Products

      Cons

      Letting go of experienced low income employees vs hiring inexperienced executives. Masking culture change with layoffs and cronyism. Rebranding of previous initiatives is not worth the high pay for the new executives.

      long hours;high demands to meet multiple responsibilities from eliminating jobs functions due to automation processing tools to lower expenses is taking away employees family life.

      Benefits pretty much were good.

      Cons

      Many moons ago company was fun but after their downfall the company was never the same. They took so much away from the employees and now all they seem to do is layoff folks no matter how long they have been there. There didn't seem much room for promotions and if there was something available you had to be "in" with the manager.
