Pros

Best benefits in my career (savings plan, fully vested in 90 days), nice people who are smart but just need good leadership, volunteering events and real commitment to charity, generous bonus, great for interns to get some entry level experience

Cons

Too big to function. So many duplicate positions. Hundreds of managers but no leaders (which causes lack of direction, vision, clear division of responsibility). Inefficient processes. Outdated technology (Windows XP was still being rolled off in some teams as of July 2015). A new data group was recently formed to streamline reporting. Instead, they added more spreadsheets where they track their own work and force the rest of the company to do the same. (I.e. They added overhead and need to be streamlined themselves)
