Pros

Some wonderful people, in some departments. Company is powerful and growing internationally.

Cons

Company is focused globally, is ignoring domestic market and domestic workers. Cares a lot more about data than it does about its employees, and this is starting to show to their customers. Have not offered raises in a few years, just yearly performance bonus; there is no reward for staying, it is all about "what have you done for me lately."

If you can talk your way out, you do not have to work at all. Good compensation and benefits for doing nothing.

Cons

Racist organization. They judge by the color of your skin. Good thing, you will find your skin color packs to mingle with. Prison like environment. Colleagues are big house jacks, nothing to learn. No opportunity to grow. Not an organization to be part of your life ever.

Not having to cold call by working in groups like hospital, schools or universities

Cons

Management care more about their pockets than what's best for clients. They tried to get me to sell things that were not in the clients best interest. If you are not kissing the managers behinds than good luck. Commissions got so low it's a wonder how anyone stays there. Can't leave with your book of business so either you plan to stay for life or will have to start over again when you leave.
