Pros

I have nothing nice to say.

Cons

They advertise a corporate culture that is supportive and stable. Nothing could be further from the truth. Insiders will tell you not to get comfortable in your seat because it will more than likely be gone very shortly. HR department is a joke.

Pros

•Benefits, including parental leave, 401k matching and ability to work remotely. •Operations staff and grade 23+ management valued for co. growth and transformation of culture and processes. •Tech and investment teams are central to co's. future success.

Cons

•Underwriting - lowest position you can have in the company due to expendability, low salary, and difficulty to progress in role. •Internal candidates second to outside candidates across all functions. •Out dated technology, and complicated approval for new technology hinders quick progress. •CEO salary is obscene for a company that has lost value, and spent millions hiring outside talent with hopes/dreams of success.
