- Nepotism is practiced almost religiously by executive/management team – who you know is more important than what you know; - Salary increases are non-existent; - Very low morale the past 2 years; - Management is incompetent and doesn’t even bother setting goals anymore; - The full-timer (FTE) to consultant/offshore ratio is very skewed with only 1 out of 4 being FTE
