Pros

The vacation and 402K benefits are amazing here. Also, if you want to work somewhere where you may not have to do a whole lot this might be your place depending on what area and project you are in.

Cons

Constant threat of layoffs. There is no internal structure because everything is always changing. No one really knows what is going on and I guess some people who work there are okay with that. I wish that more training and career advancement opportunities would have been offered and management would approve of employees taking these opportunities. There are no raises (not even cost of living increases)or promotions right now so All employees are making less now than they were last year, which is really discouraging to think about.

Pros

Flexible hours and work-from-home. Travel. Benefits are good.

Cons

Mid-level management is uncertain of the direction to take as everyone is afraid of losing their job. Technical and business teams don't work well together. No new projects.
