Pros
Overall, my experience at AIG has been extremely positive. It's difficult for me to pinpoint one particular example that made my experience so favorable, so here are a few that stood out to me over the past few years: 1. The ability and opportunity to work on highly-visual, enterprise-level projects that directly affect the organization 2. The continual support of upper-management not just with supporting new project initiatives but the desire to innovate across the company 3. Personal skill-set development and career growth. My manager cares about my growth as an employee at the company. Giving my constructive feedback on a regular basis and providing me with tools and training to build my skill-set. 4. A true team and collaborative environment. I've had the ability to work across multiple global departments to really understand the business and learn from my colleagues.
Cons
I wouldn't describe this as a "con" per say, but rather an area of opportunity for AIG: it would be great to have an official employee recognition program to help acknowledge company-wide, the "all-star" employees we have at AIG.
