Very well educated people, lots of specialist knowledge, good learning environment, good salaries, good working atmosphere, very good reputation, lots of business opportunities and possibilities to develop, if you are young and smart and willing to over perform, you will be noticed and supported

Cons

very frequent organizational changes, very tight staffing, a lot of overwork, work ethics sometimes a bit extreme, degree of diligence/restrictive guidelines imbalanced, management sometimes does just the opposite of what it announces as strategy
