Pros

Very well organized by middle management. I only interacted with upper management on a very rare occasion, as it was not necessary. Well-oiled machine.

Cons

The pay could have been better, but I also did not have a bachelor's degree at the time, so I think it would have been higher. (Stay in school, people!)
