Pros

AIG allowed the investigator to complete their work without micromanaging. This worked well for investigators that could schedule and manage themselves.

Cons

Some of the investigators took advantage of the lack of management. There needed to be more accountbility.

Pros

Generous amount of PTO and have the capability of working from home if you need to. Difficult to get fired unless you are a temp. Dental insurance is good. Management trusts you to do your job so it is rare to see micro management.

Cons

Old company with a lot of unmotived people. Many employees are just waiting it out for retirement. If you are young wanting an up beat environment do not look here. Medical insurance lacking a bit. Raises are rare.
