      Pros

      Good people and a full platform of products to choose from. Clients can be well cared for by a good advisor

      Cons

      Too big. the red tape and paper work is so large. Managers are good folk and are looking out for their advisors. Keep it going

      Pros

      The money is good. Nice facilities. You may have the chance to travel abroad. Dress code is business casual. Some activities coordinated by HR team are actually entertaining.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure sucks. The work environment is not good, some people are really mean. Lousy leadership, they do not care about employees, and neither do HR. One of the managers keep yelling and screaming around the office all day.
