Great people - very dedicated to serving customers and field staff Good pay and benefits Earnest commitment to develop products to help individuals - you truly help people at their highest time of need.

Cons

Most of the senior management is not particularly forward thinking or innovative. Too many senior managers afraid to take any risks. Too easy to get pigeonholed.
