- good benefits (paid time off pool of days), option to work from home, flex time

Cons

Some managers are better than others. Performance review process is not transparent. Over the past few years, there were rolling layoffs. Management was trying to fit all NY employees into one building to reduce real estate costs. They also started outsourcing many positions. There was not much job stability. There was a group called WOW (way of working) that infiltrated each department for a certain amount of time. Their goal was to understand the department's purpose, determine any inefficiencies and how to reduce those inefficiencies....which usually resulted in layoffs.
