Group of highly motivated A Type personalities. Co-workers are friendly and pressure to perform is high. Overall a great experience for a short period of time to learn how the company works and is set up.

Cons

Very production oriented environment. All about making goal EACH week. Find yourself quoting against other parts of the company for the same business. Way, way, way too many sales/marketing calls required for Underwriters. Most processes were manual.

management is awesome. training is ok but if other projects are added there is very little instructions.

Cons

Pay is bad and bonuses have taken place of raises, and they are taxed at 40%.
