Pros

This company was a great company had amazing staff and people to work with. Team oriented and positive work environment. I felt empowered and my manager kept the line of communication open and allowed me to do my job on my terms.

Cons

My position was eliminated when the company had financial issues and the feds stepped in to bail them out. The company is still great and is baaaack. Miss my job.

The work life balance can sometimes be good and there are many job opportunities with all idiots that work here

Cons

People you will work with will not want to do any work and will try to get you to complete others projects which have nothing to do with your role. If you show yourself capable they will ask you to do everything
