Pros
Good people and a lot of experienced individuals working in the office. Although some people work from home, there is a sense of community and polite atmosphere around work.
Cons
The company is still working through some old issues stemming from the finanial crisis, but in the end this is a very good thing and leads to better outcomes for employees. I really can't point out many cons of working for AIG.
