Ability to maneuver around the company. There are so many different avenues and directions in which you can take your career.

Cons

Increasingly high targets that must be met year after year. You sometimes feel as though you are in a meat grinder. No matter how well last month was, you're expected to grow it exponentially the following month. And this never stops.

Many departments and divisions in the company yield large growth potential. The company takes interest in development of their employees such as providing opportunities to secure professional certifications, licenses, and higher education to enhance careers.

Cons

Human Resources is not always in sync with local offices and does not communicate well. Job postings may already be filled prior to even being posted on company site.

Excellent benefits with 4 weeks of vacation. Most people are nice and wonderful.

Cons

Many managers are lacking technical understanding and policies are implemented without the detail technical consideration. The technologies being used are outdated. Insufficient technical competencies and technical training.
